Telesales Staff

GreenSoftech is looking for Telesales Staff to join their Lahore office.
This role is designed for individuals who have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement. The selected candidates will work on local and international campaigns, gaining hands-on experience by interacting with clients and contributing directly to company revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

– Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
– Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
– Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
– Provide clear and accurate information about services, pricing, and offers.
– Follow up with potential clients to close deals and build long-term relationships.
– Prepare basic sales reports and share progress updates with management.

Required Qualifications

– Minimum education level: Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Basic to intermediate communication skills in English and Urdu.
– Confidence in speaking on calls and handling customer objections professionally.
– Strong punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to onsite work.
