Sales Closer

GreenSoftech is hiring a Sales Closer for its Lahore office.

The selected candidate will work on local and international campaigns, handling qualified leads and closing deals to contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

– Engage with qualified leads and prospects to close sales deals.
– Understand customer needs and present company products/services effectively.
– Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful deal closure.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM regularly.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
– Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
– Provide feedback to management on market trends and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

– Minimum education: Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in sales or lead conversion preferred.
– Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
– Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
– Punctual, responsible, and committed to working onsite.
