GreenSoftech is hiring Call Center Persons for its Lahore office.
This role is designed for individuals who have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers. Selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

– Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
– Provide accurate information about company products and services.
– Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
– Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
– Follow up with clients as required to ensure satisfaction.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
– Prepare basic reports and share updates with management.


Required Qualifications

– Minimum education: Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
– Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
– Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
– Punctual, responsible, and committed to onsite work.

– Monthly salary range: Rs30,000 – Rs45,000 (plus incentives/bonuses).
