Business Development Manager (BDM)

GreenSoftech is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for its Lahore office.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The selected candidate will work on local and international markets, identify new business opportunities, and play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

– Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
– Generate leads and expand business operations in local and international markets.
– Schedule meetings with prospective clients and present business proposals.
– Professionally pitch company products and services to potential customers.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure revenue growth.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
– Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications

– Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
– 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred).
– Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
– Leadership mindset with the ability to coordinate and manage tasks effectively.
– Target-driven approach and ability to work under pressure.
– Strong punctuality and commitment to onsite work.
